ANNOUNCEMENT!  
It is with a heavy heart that I’m announcing the temporary closure of EmbroiderHEY Designs. The past couple of years have been a struggle to balance workload and home life, and I feel like now is the time to take a step back and be more present for my family. 

I am so appreciative of all of your support over these past 6 years!! You all turned my little hobby into a full-time job, and I could not be more grateful for the opportunities this community has provided to me!

If you have placed an order through August, those are still in the queue! If you have purchased gift certificates, those will still be valid through their expiration dates!  Message me through the order form button to redeem your gift certificates!

• I do not require a minimum quantity for orders, other than a minimum of 3 for caps. 
• To digitize a logo/design there is a one-time fee of $22.99. 
• To digitize simple wording the fee is $5.  
• If I have previously digitized your logo, you do not have to pay the digitizing fee to have it embroidered again in the future.
• Embroidery cost is determined by the stitch count of the design with a $5 minimum.

• All caps must be ordered through me. 
• Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for processing.  Orders requested in less than 14 business days are subject to a $10 rush fee.
• If I am booked out further than 14 business days or unavailable, the calendar on the order form will be blocked off during that time.  
• Please submit the order form even if you're just wanting a quote.
• I accept cash, checks (made out to EmbroiderHEY), or Venmo (@EmbroiderHEY)
